The electronic cigarette, also known as many different names but most commonly the e-cigarette, has been around for some time now, in fact 5 years, and we are just amazed with the amount of choice that the consumer has. We found it very difficult to pick which electronic cigarette was the best for us, and hence there needed to be a resource to compare the top brands. This is where we come in, we have purchased all the brands that are currently available on the market and completed our in-depth analysis on them all. Our findings are documented below in our simple to read chart, and we hope you will find it useful in selecting your next electronic cigarette product.

So what’s different about our site? Well as opposed to just putting any brand on our site, we follow a strict analysis on each product and record a video showing you the product in action. Here you can see for yourself the quality and sometimes the faults that each brand has to offer. Although we have ranked the brands in what we believe to be the best, it is not necessarily true that you will agree, so it’s important to read each review, and watch the videos to make sure you are getting exactly what you want.

What about the other brands? Well this is quite a touchy subject, so I thought I would write a separate post about these customizable products available!

How Did We Rank Our Chart?

To answer this question we asked the general public to vote on their favorite manufacturer or brand, and posted surveys through a number of specialized forums and funded a marketing campaign, until we received 500 completed results. From these surveys, which was far more than we had hoped for! We took the top 10 and commissioned 5 experts in the field to use each brand for 1 week. Our theory was that if you go from product to product you will not be able to judge that well, imagine testing regular cigarettes that way, it takes a bit of getting use too and we wanted the most accurate results.

So as you can imagine, this took over a year to complete, and along the way a couple of other brands hit the market, so we then decided to keep this as an ongoing exercise. If you see some changes to our rankings, this is the reason why, new brands are released, or manufacturers releasing a new model.

If you do want to buy online, bear in mind that everybody smokes different brands of traditional cigarettes, and therefore people’s opinion will differ slightly, all the products that we show in our top 10 results are all of excellent quality and value, the ranking differ because of personal choice.
